Once the payment is received and the order will be dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier. If due to unforeseen circumstances any unprecedented discrepancies or delays in your order would be intimated on your registered email address or WhatsApp. Kindly keep a check on the same for more information on your purchase.

Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

Your purchases will be shipped only once your payment has been credited into our bank account. On week days payments may take anywhere between 12 to 72 hours to credit into our bank account.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Modern Blue shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

1. Modern Blue has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 200 per order. All online orders carry a INR 200 shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes.
2. Processing the order within India takes 3 – 5 working days and thereafter shipping takes 6 – 10 working days under normal circumstances. Modern Blue (“OC”) makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
3. Upon the successful placing of an order and after Modern Blue has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of Modern Blue website.
4. Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 7 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, Modern Blue reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While OC shall make reasonable endeavour’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of
   • Unsuitable weather conditions;
   • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
   • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
   • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, OC shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, OC shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. We are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

International Orders : WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.
